- All houses are sold in high shell construction standard (high roh bau), without a pool, furniture, or kitchen, unless otherwise agreed and specified. Please make sure to carefully review all details before placing an order and making a deposit.
- We recommend covering the cost of the project documentation first, which will later be deducted from the total purchase price.
- From the day the deposit is paid, the estimated time required for construction and completion of all procedures and legal documentation is approximately 10 to 12 months, depending on the efficiency of national and local administration.
- Each property can be registered in your name from day one. Alternatively, we can assist you in setting up a company in your name, or the property can remain under our company’s ownership (under lease) for the purpose of tourist rentals.
- If you choose the rental option, it is essential to inform us in advance of the exact dates you plan to use the property personally, so it will not be offered to guests during that period.
